1. "I've been thinking about this for a long time. I can't believe I'm doing this. On the runway. While you're doing what you love" - Groom Chad Stapleton. We're suckers for marriage proposals! During the Watters Spring 2019 Bridal Fashion Week Show, boyfriend Chad Stapleton proposed to runway model Nicole Kaspar. 2. On April 21st, former college athlete who thought he would never be able to walk again, was proudly able to walk seven yards down the aisle to his beautiful bride. In 2010, Chris Norton was paralyzed from the neck down after a terrible football accident. He fractured his C3-C4 vertebrae which met he only had a 3% chance of moving anything below his neck ever again. He pushed through recovery, regaining mobility, and still continued his education, but still wanted to find a life partner. He worried about his physical limitations would prevent him from finding a wife and it wasn't until August 2013 when he met his now wife, Emily Summers, through an online dating app. Together, they were able to push and achieve Norton's goal of walking across the stage during his graduation in May 2015 and the night before graduation, Norton took another big step and asked Summers to marry him. More than 300 million people watched the video of Norton walking across the stage and they wowed others once again when he was able to walk down the wedding aisle. It was filmed as part of Fotolanthropy's ongoing documentary about couples who defy the odds. Watch the trailer to their documentary which includes a clip from their wedding and try not to cry!
