Full Coordination

Did you just get engaged and have no idea where to start?  Or maybe you and your significant other are working professionals and just don't have the time you'd like to put into your event.  Our Full Coordination package is the ultimate, all-inclusive package to assist you from beginning to end, offering everything you need and more.  We'll step in as soon as you want us to, help you in creating a vision, and book the perfect vendors to make that happen.  This package is for couples who really want to appreciate their engagement period.  You'll get to enjoy the entire planning process stress-free without the hassle of worrying about a million details.

Partial Coordination

This package is ideal for those couples who have already started the planning process and have at least half of their vendors secured.  By this point, you might have noticed how many details there can be and are suddenly feeling overwhelmed or you just might not be sure how to pull it all together.  With this package, we’ll step in at least half way through and help you book your remaining vendors.  We’ll gather everything you’ve already completed, go through it, and organize it all.  We assist in floor plan design and seating arrangements, day-of timeline, liaison between you and your vendors, and more.

Month-Of Coordination

So you’ve booked all your vendors and are not sure how to wrangle them all together?  Or maybe you do, but you don’t want to leave the responsibility to your closest friends and family the day-of (and who knows if they can even handle the responsibility).  Our most basic package, our Month-Of Coordination package, is perfect for the couples who can do it all, but just needs someone to pull all the details together for them and be their event day director to see their vision come true.  By stepping in at least 30 days before to relieve the pressure, this will give us time to make sure we grasp the look and feel you’re really striving for and will also allow us to make sure that happens seamlessly.  Let us take over to communicate with your vendors, oversee set up and breakdown, and other details that would otherwise stress you out and prevent you from also enjoying your special day.
