Just got engaged and have no idea where to start? Maybe you and your significant other are working professionals and don't have the time. Our Full Planning package is the ultimate, all-inclusive package to assist you from beginning to end. We'll step in as soon as you want us to, help you in creating a vision, and book the vendors to make that happen. This package is for couples who really want to appreciate their engagement period. You'll get to enjoy the entire planning process stress-free without the hassle of worrying about a million details.
This package is common for couples who have already booked their venue but need more involvement than our Event Day Management package. It's ideal for those couples who have either already started the planning process and just noticed how many details there are or those who feel confident in booking some vendors on their own, but not all. Just like our Event Day Management, we'll pull what you already have, take over communication with your vendors, and make sure we're on the same page to execute your vision for you.
Event Day Management
Our most basic package is a little more hands-on than the typical day-of or month-of coordination packages. We're involved starting day 1 of booking us. We offer guidance throughout your planning process as opposed to getting involved only in the last month or two. This package is perfect for couples who can do it all, but need someone to pull the details together, make sure they're not missing anything, and be their event day director. We become the point of contact with your vendors, oversee setup, breakdown, and other details that would otherwise stress you out and prevent you from enjoying your special day.
Stephanie was the absolute best to work with! We planned a wedding to be held in Houston, Texas while living overseas in Singapore. She worked around our schedule so the time difference was never an issue. Stephanie was very prompt in responding so there was never a question on whether or not we were on the same page with her as well as our other vendors. It's clear that Stephanie is very organized and professional with the spreadsheets and timelines she would send, which was very comforting for us. On the day of the wedding, there were a few audibles made by Stephanie to keep us on schedule. She is hands-down the best investment we could have made for our wedding, for not only keeping us on task, but also for peace of mind. Her experience as a wedding planner is unmatched. I would also definitely take her recommendations on vendors. We went with her suggestions for alcohol, photographer/videographer, transportation, and boba--and we couldn't be any happier! Meet the Owner
Hi! I'm Stephanie! I graduated from the University of Houston and have been working in the event industry since 2012. Since being in the industry, I have been able to work under several companies before starting Peachy Events in 2017. Being able to do so gave me the opportunity to see what worked for some, what didn't work, and allowed me to formulate what would be successful for me, the team, and our clients.
My favorite part of wedding day used to be the father and daughter dances, but now it's just seeing my couples get lost in the moment and really getting to enjoy the day!
When I'm not working, I can be found trying new bars and restaurants in town, at the gym, or reading a good book. One of my personal goals is to read a book a week in 2023.
