Full Planning

Starting at $10,000​

If you're feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to begin with your wedding planning, this package is the perfect solution. It's designed to provide you with comprehensive support from start to finish. As experienced professionals, we will work with you to create your vision and handle all the details, from booking vendors to managing timelines. Our goal is to ensure that you can enjoy your engagement period without any stress or worry. With our Full Planning package, you can relax and focus on making unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

Complete Weekend

Starting at $15,000​

​Looking for a little bit more than just wedding day planning? The Complete Weekend Package is our most luxurious package and offers our most deluxe services.  The Complete Weekend Package includes all services offered in the Full Planning Package plus two added events such as rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, farewell brunch, tea ceremony, etc.

Event Day Management

Starting at $3,500​

Our basic package is more involved than typical day-of or month-of coordination packages. We begin our involvement from the first day of booking us and offer guidance throughout the planning process. This package is ideal for couples who can take care of most of the wedding planning but need help with the finer details and event day coordination. We take on the role of the point of contact with vendors and oversee setup, breakdown, and other details. This approach ensures that you can be stress-free and enjoy your special day.

Partial Planning

Starting at $6,000​

This package is designed for couples who have already booked their venue but require more assistance than our Event Day Management package. It's perfect for those couples who have already begun the planning process and are now realizing how many details there are, or for those who feel confident in booking some vendors independently, but not all. As with our Event Day Management package, we will take what you already have, communicate with your vendors, and ensure that we are on the same page to flawlessly execute your vision.

About

Hi 👋 I'm Stephanie!

I’ve been in the events world since 2012, learning the ins and outs of hospitality before launching Peachy Events in 2017. During college (go Coogs), I started out thinking I’d climb the hotel operations ladder, but it didn’t take long to realize I wasn’t meant to stand behind a desk — I was meant to direct the experience.

Weddings gave me the perfect intersection of logistics and creativity. I love the precision, the structure, the moving parts — but more than that, I love building celebrations that feel layered, personal, and completely intentional.

​

My clients often describe me as calm. And that’s by design. When the timeline is tight and the emotions are high, I’m steady. I see the full picture, make the calls that need to be made, and protect the experience so you can actually live in it.

On wedding day, my favorite moment isn’t the perfectly styled table or the packed dance floor (though I love those, too). It’s watching my couples fully present — laughing, hugging, celebrating — knowing everything behind the scenes is handled.​

​

When I’m not directing celebrations, you’ll find me on a reformer at Pilates, planning my next trip, or trying a new restaurant in Houston. I believe in living fully, celebrating often, and building experiences that are worth remembering.
