Event Day Management
Our basic package is more involved than typical day-of or month-of coordination packages. We begin our involvement from the first day of booking us and offer guidance throughout the planning process. This package is ideal for couples who can take care of most of the wedding planning but need help with the finer details and event day coordination. We take on the role of the point of contact with vendors and oversee setup, breakdown, and other details. This approach ensures that you can be stress-free and enjoy your special day.

This package is designed for couples who have already booked their venue but require more assistance than our Event Day Management package. It's perfect for those couples who have already begun the planning process and are now realizing how many details there are, or for those who feel confident in booking some vendors independently, but not all. As with our Event Day Management package, we will take what you already have, communicate with your vendors, and ensure that we are on the same page to flawlessly execute your vision.

This all-inclusive package is designed to provide you with comprehensive support from start to finish. As experienced professionals, we will work with you to create your vision and handle all the details, from booking vendors to managing timelines. Hi! I'm Stephanie! I graduated from the University of Houston and have been working in the event industry since 2012. Since being in the industry, I have been able to work under several companies before starting Peachy Events in 2017. Being able to do so gave me the opportunity to see what worked for some, what didn't work, and allowed me to formulate what would be successful for me, the team, and our clients.
My favorite part of wedding day used to be the father and daughter dances, but now it's just seeing my couples get lost in the moment and really getting to enjoy the day!
When I'm not working, I can be found trying new bars and restaurants in town, at the gym, or reading a good book. One of my personal goals is to read a book a week in 2023.
